Eventhough we strongly believe in the high quality and transparency of our goods, sometimes things simply don’t fit. In this case you can of course return the orders in whole or return individual items.
Resident in Germany:
- After receiving your order you have 14 days to apply for a return shipment. Free return shipment is offered within the federal republic of Germany (you will find the return application in "My Account").
- Then you get label, which is glued only on the package and must be brought to the next Store. The shipping costs are of course we.
- Either you use your user account to reclaim goods or use the ShopReturn label that is in your black mailer in the package and bring it to the nearest GLS Store.
- Since we do not offer free returns abroad, please contact your nearest post office in this case. There you will receive a shipping label. Follow the next steps 2 & 3.
- Put the original packed items in the shipping box and lock it securely.
- You can then place the package to be returned at the nearest post office. Please do not forget to buy a sufficiently stamped shipping label and attach it to the package.
